As described in detail below, any information we gather through our app & website is strictly for our use and is not shared with any other entity, public or private, for any reason. We will NOT sell or give away any personal data that we may retain.

Transaction/Log Information: we store the information provided by you when accessing restaurants through our app to allow us to track your orders and restaurants visits history.
Location Information: If you permit the Resto app to access location services through the permission system used by your mobile operating system, we may also collect the precise location of your device when the app is running in the foreground or background. We may also derive your approximate location from your IP address.
Device Information: we may collect information about your mobile device, including, for example, the hardware model, operating system and version, software and file names and versions, preferred language, unique device identifier, advertising identifiers, serial number, device motion information, and mobile network information.
Collected information will NOT be sold, rented or leased to any third parties.

Data Retainment & Deletion
Resto maintains all customer data until we mark users as “non-active”. To deactivate your account please reach out to email@example.com.

Resto Communications Opt out
We retain basic user contact information to communicate with our users about product and security updates, relevant marketing, training and events. Resto users may opt-out of communications by emailing email@example.com.
Information Correction or Removal
Collected information will NOT be sold, rented or leased to any third parties. You may decide to have your information completely removed from our system by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Resto reserves the right to make changes to this Policy from time to time without prior notice. Your continued use of Resto constitutes your consent to any Policy changes. However, you acknowledge and agree you are solely responsible to review this Policy before accessing Resto’s Services.
